  • RESPONSIVE: as standard the site will be designed and built in a way that enable it to dynamically adapt to all devices and screen sizes.

Pricing (OPTIONS)

All my pricing is based on a competitive day rate. I can provide a formal quote based on one of the below options. I generally let my clients choose their preferred way to break-down the costings and typically it falls within one of the following:

OPTION ONE
The project is charged per day at my rate. You pay for the total accumulated time spent on the project. Typically this generally works out the cheapest but perhaps doesn’t help you plan/budget the project. Average brochure sites priced in this way typically fall between £2000 and £2500.

OPTION TWO
You provide a detailed specification and I generate a fixed price. Fixed prices tend to be slightly higher than my day rate estimates as I need to cover myself with a bit of margin against the unforeseen. I’d need the following information:

  • A sitemap of pages,
  • Details of any unique page features,
  • Details of any brand guidelines or other branding material you have (e.g. logo, print work, fonts, colour schemes etc.).
  • Details of individual page copy.
  • Details of marketing strategy.
  • Primary source of visitors.

OPTION THREE
Project charged by the day but I add a price cap to help you budget. This is a slightly inflated capped figure to cover myself but projects nearly always end up costing much less. Generally it’s only if the brief changes part-way through that it reaches the maximum figure. The average project is capped at around £2750.

OPTION FOUR
You tell me what your maximum budget is and I’ll design a website to match. Usually the cheapest brochure site would be around £2000 but exceptions can be made if you don’t require a full package.
