Having spent the majority of my career working in Sheffield and the Peak District I have a strong bond with the city and the businesses I work with within it. Due to the nature of offering an online service I have the ability to work remotely anywhere in the UK. Meetings can be taken using technology such as video calls and screen sharing, and as such most of my projects are done in this way. However, the ability to meet clients and get a feel for the business and brand is an ideal start to a longer-term relationship.
My office is located in Sheffield itself, Westwood Road, overlooking Bingham Park and I actively encourage all my clients to come and visit when necessary.
I try and attend Sheffield network meetings when possible. They provide an excellent resource for local businesses wanting services such as web design and marketing.
Although I don’t specialise in a type of business to work with, if I had a preference it would be with start-up companies. I enjoying working with business owners in researching and developing a brand to create a very specific brand and USP (unique selling point).
Due to the entrepreneurial spirit of a university city such as Sheffield, certain industries can often hit a saturated market and sometimes the competition can be high. I will aim to ensure your business and its branding is designed in a way that sets you apart. Your website is the shop window to the world and making it look as attractive and unique as the business model itself is my goal.
Although Sheffield is my home, I’m also more than happy to travel to its surrounding cities such as Barnsley, Rotherham, Chesterfield but also further afield to Derby, Nottingham and Leeds.
